10 Years
First Three Month

1. New national transitional government will be set-up. There will be no fear, political prisoner, torture, court unwarranted house search and imprisonment more than 48 hours and there will be law and order and freedom of speech,  thought and free movement within Eritrea.
2. 2, Land ownership will be return to villages, ሕጊ እንዳ’አባ will be restored; new local governments will be created for Tigray returnees, Tribal’s and clans. Four regional governments will be setup.
3. our industrial revolution will be started.
4. our cultural renaissance we be started.

First Year

1. New national transitional assembly will be set-up.
2. There will be no entry or exit visa for any citizen who live in Eritrea.
3. we will setup 87 industrial zones with immigrant workers dormitories.
4. We will set-up world’s first class local, regional and national government institutions, saving and investment funds, army, commercial companies etc within one year by hiring competent technocrat, bureaucrats, managers, army officers, judges, lawyers, scientists, engineers etc from Israel, Westerner countries, Japan, South Korea and Singapore to run and manage our institutions and to train our youth.
5. Our ministries, army, courts, schools, universities, media, prisons, intelligence and security institutions etc will be repurposed and
6. 400,000 jobs will be created in private and government sectors.
7. we will start paying decent pension for war disables, Martyrs family of EPLF and national service families, EPLF veteran and long serving national service members, poor pensioners who are above 60 years old.
8. we will create internationalized standard that is reliable and predictable financial market that will have high international standardized and transparent regulatory system, accounting system, credit rating system that will be enforced in local, regional and national governments, all commercial companies etc
9. our welfare system will be setup.
10. we will start paying living wages unskilled people and high and attractive salary for our professional.

Third Year.

1. our national constitution will be approved and direct democracy and decentralization of economic and political power will be legalized and institutionalized.
2. First free and democratic election of local and regional government will be held.
3. we will star mass housing and other infrastructure building.
4. Additional 400,000 jobs will be created.
5. 95% of our refugees who are in Middle East and Africa countries will be return home because there will be much better freedom, dignity, living standard, opportunity and safety in our country than Middle East and Africa countries.
6. our country will enter World Trade Organization and will sign free trade agreement with Israel.
7. every mother will get 400 days and father 31 days maternity leave with 100% payment of its salary.
8. 100% of our children will have free aces to preschool from the age of two.
9. 100% of our children will have free aces to high standard elementary and secondary school.

Year Five.

1. our country will electrified 100% and people will have 24/7 electricity. Our people will cook its food, wash its clothes, and heat water etc using electricity.
2. 100% of country will be connected to 100 MB fast fibre optic broadband internet. 100% of our schools, libraries, hospitals, government offices, industrial zones, office complexes and other business building and 50% of residential house will have 100 MB fast fibre optic broadband internet.
3. 100% our people will have aces to pure water.
4. about 2 million Tegaru will be resettled in West and East lowlands and our coast lands in organized manner.
5. we will create millions of jobs and we will start bring millions skilled and unskilled immigrant workers to our industrial zones.
6. our country will sign free trade agreement with UK, USA, European Union, Japan, South Korea, Russia and Singapore.
7. our export will reach $100 billion.
8. we will start hosting many and different international games/sport, conferences and festivals.
9. ever mother will get one year and father one month fully paid maternity leave.

Year Seven

1. we will have free and democratic national election.
2. about 80- 70% of refugee will return home because there will be much better freedom, dignity, living standard, opportunity and safety in our country than Western countries .
3. Every citizen will be housed in house that have clean and modern sanitation, air condition, water and have 100 MB fast fibre optic broadband
4. our country will sign free trade agreement with China and many Latin America countries.

Year Ten

1. Government will have legal obligation to guarantee and provide health care, decent and high standard housing, job, lawyers and court fee, education from elementary to university, decent pension and food electricity and water for every citizen in a need of time.
2. Child mortality rate will be 1.8 out of 1000 child birth or the least in our world.
3. our school class size will be 15-20 student per-class and school hours will be seven hours per day.
4. our national language Tigrigna will have over 100’000 words. The new words will come from Ge’ez, Tigre, Hebrew, Aramaic and other Semitic language. University education and science research will be done by Tigrigna.
5. Additional two million Tegaru will resettle in our country and 80-90% of our Population will be Tigrigna.
6. One highly trained government paid priest will serve 50 families as marriage, family and spiritual councillor.
7. Our GDP per capita will reach $40,000 by today’s dollar purchasing power.
8. we will have 10s of Millions of unskilled and semiskilled temporary and millions highly skilled permanent immigrant workers.
9. 40% of our land will be covered by forest.
10. our life expectancy will reach 80 years old.
11. our country will be number one to easy to start business.
12. our country will be in the top 10 least corrupt countries of our world.
13. our country will be top 10 competitive sport country in our world and we will win many medals and trophies in every international games.
14. we will have many our own global companies.
